Russian Navy to get five underwater vehicles Marlin 350 by 2016

By 2016, the Russian Navy is set to substitute its British Tiger remote-controlled inspection vehicles, used for underwater search and rescue operations, with five advanced Marlin-350 remote controlled unmanned submersibles, made in Russia.

The Russian company Tetis Pro is set to deliver five advanced Marlin-350 remote controlled unmanned submersibles to the Russian Navy by 2016.

The vehicles are set to substitute British-made Tiger remote-controlled vehicles, which are used for search and rescue underwater operations.
