Belarus is going to purchase four more Yak-130 operational trainers, BELTA reports with reference to the Commander of Belarusian air forces and air defense forces Major General Oleg Dvigalev.
“We have already defined the further steps – we are going to continue purchasing these aircraft. Four Yak-130 jets have already been delivered, four more will be delivered later. We are going to continue implementation of this project after 2020,” Oleg Dvigalev said.
The Commander of the air forces and air defense forces added that in future Russian-produced Yak-130 jets would replace L-39 aircraft (made in Czech Republic), which will be put out of operation in 2020.
