Russia accepted the invitation to take part in the 51st Paris Air Show. Official presentation of the airshow for Russia was held on March 31st in the Embassy of France in Moscow, IA Regnum reports with reference to Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade.
It is expected that over 2000 exhibitors, 140 thousand visitors and more than 200 official delegations would participate in the airshow. The exhibitors will showcase more than 150 aircraft; most of these vehicles will take part in demonstration flights.
The 51st Paris Air Show will be held in Le Bourget during the period from June 15th to June 21st 2015.
The Le Bourget international airshow is held once in two years in June. In 2013 Russia showcased Su-35S multi-role fighter, Yak-130 operational trainer and Ka-52 combat helicopter. The Russian party also signed a number of contracts for delivery of Superjet-100 regional airliners at the airshow.
